The Community Development Worker will work in partnership with the Gay
Project Co-ordinator and Voluntary Board of Directors to implement the
work of the project.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Recognised qualification in Community Development or other related
area and/or 5 years full- time experience of working in the community
and voluntary sector.
* Proven development and implementation of community-based
programmes.
* Experience of successful inter-agency working.
* Excellent communication skills and experience of managing social
media platforms.
* Demonstrate excellent English language skills.
* A full clean driving licence and access to a private vehicle for
work purposes as necessary (desirable).
